The recent research of the analytical firm EMarketers has shown that 80 percent of the leading companies participate and will participate in social media in 2011 that is almost twice as large as the indicator of 2008.
The famous marketing expert and the researcher of social media Pam Danziger offers three ways to learn, whether business is ready to use social media.

«People should adapt for the message, they should look for you and wish to share the news and opinions with each other», - writes Danziger. «For effective work of social media it is necessary such lively and interesting maintenance which grasps and attracts the attention, not a photo of a new packing, peculiarities of programming or the colorful graphics».
