Some changes of the JSC «Krastsvetmet» management authorities have taken place. According to the decision of the Board of directors which session was held on September, 29th, 2011, Michael Dyagilev was appointed as the general director of the company. Earlier during several years he held a post of the first deputy general director of the JSC «Krastsvetmet».

Igor Tihov heading the enterprise since 2000, is elected to the chairman of board of directors of the JSC «Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant», has a title of «Honoured  metallurgist of the Russian Federation», is awarded by the Medal of Honour «For Labour Valour».

The strengthening of the company chain of command is connected with the strategic plans of the plant which provide realization of the society accumulated innovative potential, creation of new technologies and various kinds of hi-tech production for the country industry, and also for own business segment at the world markets.

The JSC «Krastsvetmet» is the world largest enterprise which carries out the refining of all six metals of platinum group (platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium), and also gold and silver industrially. For today the JSC «Krastsvetmet» is the recognized leader of the Russian jewelry industry in the field of manufacture of ornaments from platinum and palladium. The jewelry complex of the JSC «Krastsvetmet» is constructed by the Italian experts in 1994.The jewelry manufacture of "Krastsvetmet" is a complex with a full manufacturing cycle.
